Intervention optimisation

The results of the data consolidation step feed into a participatory consultative situation/gap analysis and strategic intervention planning process. Here Country programs and their key stakeholders/ collaborators are encouraged to work along the following four planning steps to answer relevant questions.

  • Who needs to be involved
  • Who is implementing?
Tip
The outcomes of the consultative planning process can be further distilled through a sub-national validation process, subnational consensus building, and subnational implementation planning.
