Kathy Fiekert, Senior TB Consultant
Kathy Fiekert is a Public Health and Infectious Disease Specialist with over 25 years of experience in the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of infectious disease control programs and operational research for the NGO, local government, and donor sector in developing countries (mainly in complex emergencies)
Her main areas of interest are linking community engagement, people-centered approaches, ethics, and human rights to developing Resilient Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) and joint strategic planning and programming. At KNCV she is the Technical Lead of the People-Centered Framework Approach for TB programming and provides technical support and input into the development of global and national policy and guidelines, and strategic programming and decision making.
